Registration for Individuals Outside Penn State

The conference fee is $80 ($40 for students and post-doctoral fellows).

Registration consists of 4 steps:

Check for prior registration. Fill in the three fields below and click on the Submit button.
Enter information. If no prior registration record has been found, you will be taken to a full registration form which must be filled in.
Verification. You will be asked to verify the information you entered.
Confirmation. The final screen will confirm your registration. In addition, you will receive confirmation via email if you fill in the email field on the registration form.

The lead speakers' papers will be available two weeks prior to the symposium. At that time, if you are registered, you will be sent an e-mail containing the URL of a site allowing you to access the papers.

The lead speakers summarize their papers during the symposium, but they do not cover all the points in the paper. This approach allows more time for discussants to present their views and gives members of the audience more opportunities to question speakers and add their own ideas to the exchange. Over the years we have found that when participants have read the papers in advance, the discussion is much more exciting and informative.
